5. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times depend on location — usually 2–5 days inside Dhaka and 3–7 days outside Dhaka.
• Delivery charges vary and will be shown during checkout.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed after product inspection and may take 5–7 business days.
